Basil Crush olive oil, Blood Orange olive oil, Herbs de Provence olive oil, Persian Lime olive oil, Rosemary olive oil, Walnut oil or any SELECT olive oil
IDEAS
Combine with any Fustini’s olive oil for a refreshing olive oil and vinegar dressing.
Serve over ice with vodka and sparkling water for mixed drinks.
Reduce as a glaze on vegetables, meat or seafood.
Add olive oil and use to dress steamed vegetables.
Use with Blood Orange oil as a marinade for turkey.
I made the recipe for Raspberry Basil Shrub at my family gathering. It was a hit! I also made a kid friendly version that they couldn’t stop drinking. The Cranberry pear added a lot and tastes just plain with sparkling water, too!
